Chicken Legs - 2 lbs
Oil - 3 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 3/4 tsp
Ketchup - 1 1/4 tsp
Cayenne Pepper (lal mirchi) - 1 tsp
Turmeric Pdr (Haldi) - 1/4 tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp (depends on taste)
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper (kali Mirchi) - 1/4 tsp
Red Food color - 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
Cilantro - 3 tbsp

Directions:

Add the oil to a Wok and heat it on Medium heat.
Add chicken and cook while stirring occasionally for 10-15 min or until its brown.
Reduce the heat to low and add the Soy Sauce, Ketchup, Cayanne pepper, Haldi, and Ginger and Garlic paste. Mix it well
After a couple of minutes add Salt, Garam Masala, Pepper and food coloring, mix it well. Simmer it with the lid closed on low heat till it cooks and then take off lid and dry the liquid.
Add Cilantro and cook for another 10 min.
Add Lemon juice and cook for another minute.
