2 lbs round steaks, cut into serving pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 pkg dry onion soup mix)
16 ounces canned tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Pound steak to 1/2" thick. Cut in 3 inch pieces. Dredge in flour, salt and pepper and brown in frying pan with a little oil Arrange meat in glass baking dish. Cover with crushed tomatoes w/ juice. Sprinkle onion soup mix over all. cover with foil and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
