1 cup sugar
3/4 cup shortening
3 eggs
1 cup drained, crushed peaches
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream the sugar, shortening, eggs, peaches and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 30 minutes.
