1 white cake mix
1/2 cup margarine softened
3/4 cup milk
3 eggs
1 8oz can mandarin oranges drained

Frosting
1 8oz can crushed pineapple undrained
1 small package instant vanilla pudding
8 oz cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat the cake mix, margarine, milk, eggs and mandarin oranges together for 3 minutes. Pour in a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. For the frosting, beat all ingredients together on medium speed until blended. Spread on cooled cake.
