Dissolve jelly powder. Add cold water; chill until slightly thickened. Set aside 1 cup. Add strawberries to remaining jelly; spoon into mold. Chill while preparing second layer. Prepare pudding mix as directed, reducing the milk to 1 cup. Fold into prepared dream whip, with the reserved jelly, blend until smooth. If desired garnish around the edge of jelly mold with whole strawberries, nuts and green boughs for an attractive centerpiece.
