1 neck roast (6"-8" of neck)
Lipton onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 onion sliced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and put all ingredients over meat in roaster. Place in oven and roast at 250º for 8 hours. Bones fall right off.
