4 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
2 T. rum
2 T. bourbon
1 t. vanilla
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg yolks, milk, and sugar together in a saucepan and heat until wisps of smoke rise from the pan or the mixture coats the back of a spoon. Place the pan in cold water and stir to cool slightly. Mix in the whipping cream, rum, bourbon, and vanilla. Chill 2-24 hours. Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
