1 c. unsalted butter, softened
6 T. icing sugar
2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 T. water
2 c. finely chopped pecans or almonds
1/2 c. icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Cream butter and sugar, then add vanilla, flour, water, and nuts. Mix well to form a dough. Roll into balls about the size of a quarter. Bake 20 mins. Roll cookies in icing sugar while they are still warm, being careful not to crumble them to bits. Coat twice.
