6 - 8 large white russet potatoes
16 - 24 oz. sour cream
1 - 1½ stick butter
⅓ – ½ c milk (warmed)
small amount of green onion tops (optional)
salt & pepper to taste (I use white pepper)
grated yellow cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes in large pieces & boil till done.

Mash potatoes before whipping in food processor. Add milk gradually until well mashed; add sour cream until light and you can taste the sour cream flavor. Add seasoning gradually to taste for best results.

Put in 9" by 12" rectangular baking pan; grate cheese over entire pan; bake at 325º to 350º until very warm.
