I lb pkg petite peas
4 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
2 lg spoonfuls of flour
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with some water and whisk until smooth. (You can add more flour or water so it's the right consistency - like a thin pancake batter where it's thin enough to pour, but not watery.) Set aside. Put a little water in the bottom of a pan, then peas. Bring to a boil. Turn down to med-high then add butter and cook until butter is melted. Add cream and bring to a boil. Add the flour/water mixture slowly, stirring it in as you go until it thickens. If you put in a little to much, add some milk to thin it down. Salt & pepper to taste.
