1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
1 can 6-ounce tomato paste
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded cheese
6 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic in skillet. Drain, then add other ingredients and cook to thicken a few minutes. Put a thin layer of sauce in bottom of casserole dish, then tortillas to cover the bottom, tear to fit. Now add more sauce and cheese, another layer of tortillas, sauce and ending with cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Good with a salad.
