6 slices bacon, cut up
1 onion, chopped
5 cups diced potatoes
2 cans corn kernals
2 cans creamed corn
3 cups milk
1 can evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In soup pot, fry bacon until crisp; remove from pot. In bacon fat sauté onions until soft. Add potatoes to pot; cover with liquid drained from corn kernals. Add water to cover potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Return bacon to pot. Add corns, and milks. Heat through but do not boil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dot butter on top to melt. Serve with breadsticks or biscuits. Makes a huge pot of soup.
