1/4 cup Chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
2 1/2 teaspoons paprika
2 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 1/2 Tablespoons salt
1 1/2 Tablespoons black pepper
1 Tablespoon cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and store in a covered jar or container.

To make Tacos:
Brown 1 1/2 to 2 pounds ground beef or turkey; drain. Add 2 Tablespoons of seasoning and 2/3 cup water. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
