Any good white bread recipe-NOT an egg bread!
I usually substitute olive oil for regular oil in my bread
3 cans of high quality sardines packed in olive oil
2 cups of Parmesan cheese finely grated
About 2 cups of green onions chopped into fairly small pieces.
Salt and Pepper to taste and a good virgin olive oil to sprinkle over bread

Work your bread and when ready for last rising spread evenly in well oiled large cookie sheet
Lightly salt and pepper bread
Break sardines into pieces and punch into bread (use more or less sardines, according to your preference
Now sprinkle bread with a little olive oil
Next spread the green onions over the pan--Then sprinkle the Parmesan Cheese over onions.
I like to sprinkle a little olive oil over the top of the cheese
Bake at 375 degrees until slightly browned check after 20 minutes
