2 cups frozen corn
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1/2 teas. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place corn into buttered casserole dish and sprinkle it with the flour and sugar. Meanwhile, beat egg yolks, salt, butter, and milk and pour over corn mixture. Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff. Then fold into corn mixture. Bake at 350º for about an hour. Cover after first 1/2 hour of baking.
