1 lb hamburger
¼ lb veal
¼ lb pork
1½ c. cooked rice
1 egg
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
dash paprika
½ c. chopped green pepper
½ garlic clove chopped
1 can tomato paste
20 cabbage leaves
1 large can tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except large can of tomato juice) together in a large bowl for filling. Place cabbage head in boiling water. Remove leaves as they cook.
Roll filling in leaves and place in a roasting pan.
Pour can of tomato juice over rolls
Bake at 275-300º for 3 hours.
