Overnight Blueberry French Toast Recipe

1½ c. brown sugar
1¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ c. melted butter
12 slices of bread (can use egg bread)
1 c blueberries
5 eggs
1½ c. milk
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Mix well. Sprinkle ⅓ of mixture evenly in bottom of a 9x13" pan. Cover with 6 slices of bread. Sprinkle another ⅓ of mixture over bread and then scatter berries on top. Place remaining bread on fruit and then sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour evenly over bread. Press down lightly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or let stand at room temp for 2 hours).
Bake uncovered at 350º for 40-45 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Serve with warm maple syrup.
