3 qts popped popcorn
1 c firmly packed brown sugar
½ c. light or dark corn syrup
½ c. butter or margarine
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Spray large roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray. Bake popcorn at 250º while preparing glaze. (I don't bother)
In a saucepan, stir brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Without sitrring boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, baking soda. Pour over popcorn, stir to coat.
Bake at 250º for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
