1 lb whole walnuts
1 egg white
1 tsp cold water
1 c. brown sugar
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add walnuts and stir until well coated. Combine sugar and salt and cover walnuts.
Bake 1 hour at 225º on a greased cooke sheet and stir every 15 minutes.
