1 egg white
1 tbsp water
2 cans salted whole cashews
⅓ c. sugar
3 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin
½ tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, whisk egg white and water. Add chashews and toss to coat. Transfer to a colander and drain 2 minutes. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add cashews and toss to coat. Arrange in single layer in a greased 15x10" baking pan.
Bake uncovered at 250º for 50-55 minutes, stirring once.
