1 C soft butter
3 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 C flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 C oats
1 C coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 4 ingredients until fluffy. Sift next 4 ingredients into mixture. Stir in oats and coconut. Drop by tablespoon 3 inches apart on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
