1 C butter
2 C flour
1/4 T salt
1/2 C icing sugar
4 eggs
6 T lemon juice
6 T flour
11/2 C sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, flour, salt and icing sugar. Pat into cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Mix eggs, lemon juice, flour and sugar. Beat until smooth and sugar dissolved. Pour on top at once. Bake 25 minutes more. sprinkle with icing sugar.
