1 medium cabbage grated
2 grated carrots
1 t salt
chopped green pepper and onion

Dressing:
1 C vinegar
1/4 C water
1 t whole mustard seed
1 t celery seed
2 C sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt with cabbage and let stand one hour. Squeeze out excess moisture. Add carrots, pepper, and onion. Combine dressing and boil for one minute. Cool to lukewarm. Pour over coleslaw mixture. Put in freezer bags, cool and freeze. Can be refrozen.
