2 pkg miniature cheddar cheese fish shaped crackers
1 c. packed brown sugar
½ c. butter cubed
½ c. light corn syrup
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put crackers in large greased bowl. In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Cook over med heat for 2 minutes (boil) - do not stir.
Remove sugar mixture from heat and add baking soda and vanilla. Stir well. Pour over the crackers and quickly stir until evenly coated.
Transfer to 2 greased 15x10 baking sheets. Bake at 250º for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and break apart.
