Filling:
2 tbsp flour
¾ c. flour
1 c. water
¼ tsp salt
2 c. raisins
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp lemon juice

Crust:
1¾ c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
2 tsp vanilla
1 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil first 5 ingredients until thick. Add 1 beaten egg and cook 1 minute more. Add butter and lemon juice. Cool.
Mix crust ingredients together and pat ½ mixture in bottom of pan. Add raisin filling and spread remaining ½ of mixture on top.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
