3-4 cooked chicken breasts
1 c. seedless green or red grapes, sliced
1-5 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced (optional)
1 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. toasted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Poach chicken; cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix chicken, grapes, chestnuts, celery and almonds.
Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice and soy sauce, and add to the chicken. Mix well. Serve on pineapple slices or crisp lettuce leaves. Top with the rest of slivered almonds.
