1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. water
2 T. butter, melted
1-1/4 c. CORN BREAD MIX

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º F. Butter a 5" x 3" loaf pan. In a bowl, beat together egg, water and butter. Stir in CORN BREAD MIX until moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
