I package of pork chops 6-8 chops
1 T. oil
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 envelopes Lipton Onion soup
1 tsp. kitchen bouquet

5 lbs of russet potatoes
1/2 lb or butter
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Salt and pepper pork chops. Slice thru fat on edges so they won't curl while browning.
In a large deep frying pan heat oil and brown the pork chops. 3 to 5 minutes per side.

In a medium bowl mix together the soups add water from cans about half for each can. pour over pork chops and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add Kitchen Bouquet to color gravy

Potatoes:
Peel and cut into even chunks the potatoes, cover with water add salt and boil until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain, put back in pot add butter milk and mash until smooth. add more butter and milk if needed.
