Ingredients:
2 eggs beaten
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2-4 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and roll with a rolling pin, very thin on floured board. Let stand about 15 min. to rest, then cut in squares with pizza cutter. Spread out on wax paper, or wire rack, or just leave on bread board to dry out, one to two hours. At this point you can freeze in zip lock bag with a little flour to keep them from sticking together. When ready to use, thaw and drop into boiling turkey or chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes or so, until they are tender. The broth should thicken with the flour from the dumplings. If the gravy still needs thickened, make a slurry of 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 to 3/4 cup water in a coffee cup, whisk well to remove lumps and whisk into broth to thicken. Season with seasoning salt and pepper.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My mom taught me how to make these and her mom taught her. So this is an old and treasured Thanksgiving tradition. My brothers have even called to ask me how to make Mom's Thanksgiving dumplings.
