2 qts. of pickling onions (about 3 1/2 lbs.)
2 qts. cauliflower (about 2 medium sized heads)
2 qts. small cucumbers (about 30 medium sized)
3/4 gal. cider vinegar
1 qt. water

Paste-
3/4 lb. Coleman's Mustard (about 1 c.)
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 T. tumeric

Put in a cloth bag-
1 T. curry powder
1 T. cloves
1 T. celery seed
1 T. whole pepper
1 T. cinnamon
1 T. nutmeg

Break cauliflower and boil 10 minutes. Add cucumbers and onions. Leave in salt brine (1/4 c. salt to 1 qt. water) overnight.

Boil vinegar, water, and bag of spices about 10 minutes. Put in cauliflower, cucumbers, and onions and scald about 15 minutes. (DO NOT boil or pickle will be soft.) Add paste mixed with a little vinegar. Scald 5 minutes longer.

Put in clean jars and seal at once.
