5 Potatoes cut into bite- sized pieces
1/2 c. Diced Onion
1/2 c. Diced Celery
8 c. Chicken Stock
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 c. Cream

Crisp cooked bacon
Diced Green Onion
Shredded Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Simmer Potatoes, Onion and Celery in Chicken stock until veggies are tender
Whisk together the Flour and Water and add to soup to thicken.
Heat cream and add to soup

When serving top each bowl with bacon, green onion and cheese.
