1 can of chicken vienna sausage (salchicha)
2 1/2 small packets of Sazon Goya
4 cups of rice
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon of Alcaparrado
3 tablespoons of Recaito (cilantro cooking base)
4 tablespoons of cooking oil
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 slices of green pepper
1 tspn of salt
2 16 oz. cans of pink beans
2 small slices of ham, chopped
small potato
1 teaspoon of virgin olive oil.
2 cilantro leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Take the chicken vienna sausage and cut it up into little pieces (3 pieces).
2. Put the chicken vienna sausage in a pot. Then put 2 small packets of Sazon in the pot. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce and 1 slice of green pepper.
3. Put 4 tablespoons of cooking oil in the pot.
5. Put 1 bay leaf in the pot.
6. Put 2 tablespoons of Recaito in the pot.
7. Put the stove on low heat. Mix the contents in the pot for 5-7 seconds.
8. Put in the 4 cups of rice in the pot. Then fill up the pot 1/4 of the way with water (generally use 1-1/2 cups of water per cup of rice).
9. add salt
10. Change the stove temperature to medium heat.
11. Let the pot boil until the water is almost all absorbed.
12. Stir the rice, and cover the pot and wait for 25 minutes.
13. In a separate pot, put 2 large cans of Pink Beans.
14. Add water to the pot. Fill it up 1/4
15. Add diced potato, the diced ham, and 1 teaspoon of recaito.
16. For flavor, add 2 cilantro leaves.
17. Put half a packet of sazon into the pot with the beans.
18. Next, add another tablespoon of tomato sauce.
19. Add 1/2 tspn of salt to the pot with beans.
20. Add 1 teaspoon of virgin olive oil.
21.Put the stove on medium heat until the potato softens. You might have to wait 10-15 minutes.
23. Serve accordingly. Enjoy!
