8 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
16 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 c. Shortening
1/2 c. Butter
1 c. Raisins
2 3/4 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the first 4 dry ingredients
Cut in shortening and Butter
Add raisins and milk
Roll out dough to 3/4" thick, and cut in 4 inch rounds
Bake on Parchment paper at 450º until slightly golden brown
Careful not to burn the bottoms
