1 can tomato soup
1½ lbs hamburger
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped onion
1 egg - slightly beaten
1 tbsp soya sauce
½ tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
4 tbsp chopped parsley
¼ tsp dried basil
½ tsp thyme

Preheat oven to 375º
In a large bowl, mix ½ of the soup and all remaining ingredients. Place mixture in a 9x5 loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and drain off fat and spread remaining soup and continue to bake for 15-20 minutes.
