6 cups of fresh peaches, sliced (about 10 medium peaches)
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons almond liqueur (Disaronno or Amaretto) ABC stores sell miniatures-much cheaper than purchasing a regular bottle of liqueur.
-----------Topping Ingredients--------
1 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked (old fashioned or quick)
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup flour
-----------Serve with----------
vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Butter 8" x 8" x 2" baking dish. Place sliced peaches on bottom of dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and liqueur.
Topping: Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle evenly over surface of fruit.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes until fruit is bubbling and topping is lightly browned.
Serve warm with ice cream.
