1/2 c. orange juice or rum (not extract)
1/2 c. tahini (sesame seed paste)
3/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 3/4 c. icing sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1 heaping tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease an 8-in. pan (line with parchment if desired). Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or double-boiler, stirring often. Mix tahini and orange juice in a medium-sized bowl. Mix in chocolate and sugar. Sift in flour and baking powder. Spread batter evenly in pan and bake 30-40 min. or until done.
