1 medium size can of pineapple tidbits
3/4 cup of water
1/2 cup rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
6 maraschino cherries, quartered
2 cups whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple in saucepan and add water; bring to a boil.
Add rice and salt. Reduce heat, cover and cook until rice is soft. Cool.
Fold in pineapple, marshmallows, cherries and whipped cream. Chill.
