4 flour tortillas
2 tbsp. melted butter

Topping:
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
¾ tsp. cinnamon


Strawberry Salsa:
2 cups strawberries chopped
1 tbps. chopped fresh mint
½ tsp. juice
1 1/2 tsp. liquid honey

Directions:
Directions:
To make the Strawberry Salsa combine strawberries, mint, lime rind, juice, and honey. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Brush both sides of each flour tortilla with butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over each side of tortilla.
Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet in 375 º F oven for about 10 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Cut into quarters and serve with strawberry salsa.
