1 pt. Cream
3 C. Sugar
1 C. Butter
"Symphony" chocolate bar (10 oz. or more)
Chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Cook butter, cream and sugar to soft ball stage (227º) approx. 15-20 minutes - Pour on top of broken Symphony bar - Mix with beaters until thick - Can stir in nuts - Pour into well buttered cake pan - cool and enjoy!
