1 Elephant
1/2 pail pepper
2 pails salt
4 bushels onions
93 1/2 gls. water
6 pails flour
2 rabbits (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut elephant into bite-sized pieces......this should take about 4 months. Cook over kerosene fire for approximately 4 weeks - or til tender. Add onions, cook til done. This will feed about 3,000 hungry hikers. If more are expected, add the 2 rabbits. (But do this only if necessary, as most people do not like hare in their stew)
