1 large onion, chopped
3 to 4 fresh garlic cloves, pressed
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 lbs cooked, boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 cans (14 oz each) chicken broth (or one box)
2 cans (4 oz each) chopped green chilies
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. ground Cumin
2 tsp. dried Oregano
2 tsp White Pepper
3 tsp. Red Pepper flakes
2 cans (14 oz each) Great Northern Beans, rinsed & drained
1 can Garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
1 large (16 oz) container Sour Cream*
Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Add cooked chicken. Add broth, chilies and seasonings. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Add Beans. Simmer until heated. Just before serving; stir in sour cream and heat through. Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

*Can use small container of sour cream and 2 cups thick cream If
desired.
