1 lg. block of Velveeta
1 tsp. onion powder or sm. diced onion
1 tsp. garlic powder or 4 or more cloves diced fresh garlic
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. salt
can of beer
small blue cheese or jar of Kraft Roca Blue cheese (optional)
lg. round loaf of bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cube cheese and melt on stove top with other ingredients. Add enough beer to make it the right consistency for dipping. Cut hole in round loaf and pull into bite size pieces. Pour cheese into bread bowl and serve with bread chunks. Tear apart bowl and dip as needed. Sometimes I buy an extra loaf for tearing apart and dipping.
