1 loaf French Bread
8 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup 1/2 and 1/2 cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Praline Topping (for the next day)

1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread into 1" slices. Arrange in a buttered 9x13 in 2 rows, overlapping.
Combine other ingredients with a beater until well blended but not too frothy. Pour over bread, making sure all bread is well-coated. Spoon some mixture between slices. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. The next day, preheat over to 350º. Spread Praline topping over bread and bake for 45 minutes, until puffy and golden.
