1 package cake mix (white or lemon works well)
1 L tub Cool Whip
250 g. tub sour cream
500 mL whipping cream
2 cans pineapple rings
2 cans mandrin oranges
3 kiwi, sliced or other available fresh fruit
1 pkg lemon jello
1 pkg pineapple jello

Directions:
Prepare cake as package directions state. Divide batter in two 9x13" pans and bake until top springs back when lightly touched. Whip the cream. Add sour cream and Cool Whip. Put the liquid from the mandarin oranges in a small pan. Heat to boiling. Add lemon and pineapple jello. Stir until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup water. Cool. When half set and cooled, add to whipped cream mixture. Spread on cake. When set, arrange fruit on top.

Note: White cake from scratch also work for the base. The jello flavours can also be varied from what is written.
