2 c. sugar
1-3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. Hershey cocoa
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. + 1 T. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients and then add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat on a medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Batter will be thin. Bake at 350 F. for 35-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on a rack.

Note: If you use 2-round 8" pans, then bake for only 30-35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan and then remove cakes from pans and cool completely.

We use the Buttercream Frosting recipe on the Domino powdered sugar box but you could also use Todd's Quick-as-a-Wink Frosting.
