1 cup softened butter & beat well.
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 ½ cups flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 ½ cup nuts

1 package mini marshmallows

Icing:
1 cube butter or margarine
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup canned milk (can use regular milk)
1 2/3 cup powdered sugar (or until right consistency)
½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat the butter, cocoa and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add the remaining ingredients. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake until done (about 25 minutes - do the toothpick test). Put most of a package of marshmallows over the brownies and return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until melted and slightly brown. Cool.

Beat all of the ingredients for the icing and spread on the brownies.
