1 large package lime jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1 lb. cottage cheese
½ pint whip cream whipped & sweetened
Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello, with water & pineapple juice (4 cups). Let set until jelly stage. Fold in whipped cream, cottage cheese & drained pineapple. Let set until firm.
