1 bag spinach
1 bag ice berg salad mix
½ onion thinly sliced
8 oz. bacon browned & crumbled
1 lb. grated Swiss cheese

Dressing:
1 ½ cup sugar
¾ cup vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups canola oil
1 ½ Tbsp purple onion
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Put all of the dressing ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour over top of the salad ingredients and stir.
