2 c. whipping cream
2 egg whites
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted (Nestle chocolate chips work well)
1 oz. rum

Directions:
Directions:
Whip the cream and egg whites until solid. Slowly add the melted chocolate; and then the rum. Pour into serving bowl; garnish with grated chocolate; cover and refrigerate.

Note: I would suggest that you double the recipe!
