6 potatoes
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of Chicken Soup
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated cheese
¼ cup melted butter

2 1/2 cups corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skins on until they are almost tender. After they have cooled, peel the potatoes and dice into small pieces or you can grate them. Mix the sour cream, soup, onion, cheese and 1/4 cup melted butter. Mix the potatoes and sauce together and put in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Stir the butter and cornflakes together and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake for 40 minutes at 350º.
